At Destiny Healthcare Services Ltd we follow a strict and comprehensive process when registering all candidates.  You will be required to attend a registration interview at our offices.  As no appointment is necessary you can register with us any time between 09:00hrs to 15:00hrs Mondays to Thursdays.  Please call us on 01902 717421 for details.
 
  

Please remember to bring all of the following when you come to register:-
  • Enhanced Disclosure (CRB) – this is now mandatory for all healthcare workers.  If you do not have one, we can arrange to process one for you for a fee
  • Passport and or work permit or EU Birth Certificate
  • Two passport size photos of yourself
  • Telephone numbers, fax and e-mail address of your last two employers
  • Immunisation details
  • Certificates of relevant training – NVQ, Manual Handling, CRP, food Hygiene, etc

We can provide training for a fee should you not have the relevant training.

In addition it would help a great deal if you could also bring the following with you:-
  • Evidence of current address – utility bill or bank statement
  • National Insurance Number/Card
  • Bank details
  • Driving licence
  • CV/Resume

If you are a qualified nurse we would expect you to bring the following in addition to the foregone:-
  • Statement of Entry or Pin Card
  • Details of professional indemnity cover – RCN, RCM Unison.
  • ENB Certificate or Certificates of further study
