We have an excellent team of quality nursing and healthcare staff. Each person undergoes continuous professional development and training to ensure that we deliver the highest quality of service to the client at all times. Training includes Health & Safety, Manual Handling, CPR, Hospital training, etc
While we take great care in selecting the right calibre of staff for every assignment, the Service User is welcome to ask for a change of nurse, care assistant or social worker at any time.
Our staff will always wear a uniform while on an assignment unless requested not to by the Service User. For care assistants and social workers the uniform is either a white dress with a blue trim or a white tunic worn with a navy blue or black trouser.
Qualified nurses will wear the standard blue uniform with a white trim or a blue tunic and navy blue or black trousers. All our staff will also put on a tamper proof badge with a photograph of the individual on it. The badge is to be worn on the breast pocket where it is visible for everyone to see and will show the designation of the member of staff.
